Highly-touted incoming freshman Lonnie Walker, who is set to join the Miami Hurricanes basketball program in 2018, is one of the most exciting prospects to come out of high school in recent years. Walker is an extremely athletic 6'4 guard who has been turning heads since he was in middle school. He's a great shooter and can get to the rim with ease.
Walker's athleticism, shooting ability, and playmaking skills have put him on the radar of many college programs. He chose Miami over several other schools and is expected to make an immediate impact on the team. He'll join a talented and experienced group of guards, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow under the tutelage of head coach Jim Larranaga.
